The Universe Versus Alex Woods by Gavin Extence

The Universe Versus Alex Woods

Would you help a friend to die? This is such a warm, funny book about a very sad and serious subject. Alex tells his story with such honesty and dignity though he never sees the funny side of it. I loved it all - from the reading club to CERN!

It was now frozen on the space two feet to my left, though I was too frazzled to figure out why at the time. It was only later that I remembered Mr. Peterson was still in the passenger seat. I hadn't thought to move him.
