Normally I steer well clear of novels where time travel is a theme, but it works really well here - adding yet another layer to what is already a well written, darkly witty, fiendishly puzzling thriller.

They don't trust me. I'm not sure I trust me. They turn away, pretending they were talking about something else as I walk down corridors that let me know through the echoes of rumours that slither against stone and twist around corners that they were speculating about me. Either that or my paranoia is returning.
